Shaolin Jow Ga
A Southern Chinese style transmitted to Master Trần Ngọc Định through Master Súi Dậu, disciple of Lưu Phú.
Created by Master Châu Long (Jow Lung), it blends the power of Hung Gar, the footwork of Choy Gar, and close-range Wing Chun techniques.
Known for low rooted stances and explosive strikes, its curriculum includes 25 bare-hand forms and weapons such as staff, saber, spear, and halberd.

A branch of Northern Praying Mantis kung fu created in the 17th century by Master Wang Lang, inspired by the speed and precision oA branch of Northern Praying Mantis kung fu, created by Master Wang Lang in the 17th century.
Brought to Vietnam by Master Triệu Trúc Khê (Chiu Chuk Kai, 1900–1991) and later transmitted to Master Trần Ngọc Định through his disciple Trần Tố Nữ.
It combines explosive Mantis forms with internal T’ai Chi movements, developing sensitivity, trapping, and joint-locking skills.
The curriculum includes 13 Mantis forms, 4 T’ai Chi forms, and weapons such as sword, staff, spear, and the seven-section chain.
Bình Định
The vietnamese martial arts of Bình Định province are rooted in the Tây Sơn uprising and the reforms of Emperor Quang Trung.
Master Trần Ngọc Định deepened his knowledge of Bình Định under Master Trương Thanh Đăng, founder of the Sa Long Cương school.
This heritage values speed, agility, and tactical adaptability, suited for overcoming stronger opponents, and celebrates figures like the female general Bùi Thị Xuân.
Its curriculum includes bare-hand forms inspired by legends and philosophy, and weapons such as roi staff, saber, spear, and sword.
